EvolvE is a suite of computerized IP PBX, fully fledged drop-in feature-for-feature superior to any classical top of the line PBX but with ultimate flexibility and extensibility of a solid system based on a UNIX-like operation system. It can be easily configured through a simple web interface or remotely accessed by our support engineers over secured direct SSH tunnelling upon user's request. Among hundreds of existing features, users can be assigned PINs and passwords for greater security and a more efficient Call Recording and Billing System. They can also enjoy voice mail retrieval over the Internet, streaming media access and call recording. The EvolvE also supports auxiliary external applications: door locks, alarm systems and many others. EvolvE-1 is the entry level for the next generation of IP PBX solutions offered at IT Synergy. As a silent and non-intrusive1-U unit, it can handle up to 32 analog ports, unlimited SIP clients, and as much as 32 concurrent phone calls. A low power-usage CPU and a solid state primary storage with no moving parts in the device makes a more reliable, enduring system, designed to last and to help your enterprise to grow. The EvolvE-1 fits small-businesses, growing organizations or branch offices due to its ability to expand from 8 to 32 analog phone lines. It can also integrate with the GSM network through the use of EvolvE-GSM.

EvolvE-2 is the perfect combination between performance, convenience and scalability. With its powerful CPU, it can hold up to 120 concurrent phone calls. The 32 analog ports installed as default can be expanded up to 160 analog ports using the EvolvE-USB module and up to 300 concurrent calls are supported. Its powerful CPU allows the implementation of the G.729 codec, ensuring high quality for every call while using the least amount of bandwidth. The 80GB storage capability allows to store months of phone conversations real-time recording, records logging and the possibility of including a sophisticated call billing system. Its IVR can also access local and remote databases. It is indeed a powerful multi-functional server in the form of a PBX. EvolvE-3 is the top of the line device available or the corporate environment. In addition to all features and functions of the EvolvE-2, the EvolvE-3 supports up to 640 analog telephony ports and 600 concurrent calls allowing for even the most resource-hungry usage to be handled at ease. With Gigabit Ethernet support and dual RAID hard drives, the EvolvE-3 ensures that even at the highest demand peaks the perfect call quality and to the detriment of none. It's dual core processor ensures that the high volume of phone calls will be handled seamlessly. EvolvE-3C is aimed for those in need of high-availability solutions, there is now EvolvE-3C, a modified version of the EvolvE-3, which consists of a hardware cluster. While retaining the simplicity of having one OS and software installation, with this new product you enjoy the reliability of a cluster. Thanks to the dual-nature of the EvolvE-C, which contains two sets of hardware working together as one, hardware failure, no matter how critical, will not affect the stability of the system, as it will remain up and working thanks to its cluster nature. This, coupled with the EvolvE-3's great hardware specifications, creates a very robust, yet powerful package and which provides security and strength to its owner. 

 

EvolvE-4 is for the extreme power-user. Tailor-made for mission critical applications, such as large call centres, EvolvE 4 features a hardware-based cluster, complete with a fully set-up RAID, which will ensure that, no matter the situation, the PBX will continue to be fully operational. It uses top of the-line hardware, such as the latest quad CPUs with quad core processors and reaches more than 8 terabytes of RAID storage. Evolve-GSM

The perfect offering to integrate the wired and cellular networks at an enterprise. Thanks to this, lower costs can be had, as well as perfect the control over companies' resources, as everything, even cell phones, can be centralized and added to the network. Only requiring a simple SIM card, you will be able to construct a gateway between your existing EvolvE and cell phones.

Office Communications Server

With a new partnership with Microsoft and SNOM, IT Synergy is able to provide installation and support for OCS, a new implementation which ties together IP telephony corporate text messaging and videoconferencing, allowing for all-around presence management. Along with SNOM, our German IP-Phone partner, we provide full support and installation using the only open-standards phone technology which interoperates with the full power of  OCS. 

Furthermore, we have developed a new solution which provides failover mechanisms for OCS. If there is failure in the system, all voice traffic will automatically fall-back into our server, therefore ensuring that voice communication stays up all of the time, providing that needed uptime for a business to continue functioning to the best of its potential.

 

Evolve Billing System

An optional add-on, the EvolvE billing system is tailored for Telecoms or all those who need to bill customers for their phone conversations, in environments such as hotels. The system allows for advanced features such as accurate details on each phone and phone call, the use of pre and postpaid calling cards, DiD and callback management, as well as a strong display of usage statistics for when the administrator needs them.
