EvolvE

The next generation PBX

EvolvE is the flagship IP next-generation PBX; It is a marriage of telephony technology and computer power which will bring capabilities to your CNS infrastructure which no other PBX can match. With EvolvE you truly manage your company through your telephone.

The degree of convergence between traditional telecommunications and information technology in the last decade has been sparse and limited mainly to high-grade carriers; the enterprise and sub-carrier level has seen little innovation beyond the established PBX paradigm.

EvolvE breaks this asymmetry and brings computer-based high performance telephony to interact seamlessly with or supplant classical PBX systems.

IT Synergy’s core ethos can be expressed in four words: profitable, open relevant, and flexible. Our flagship IP enterprise telephony product is a shining example of the interplay of these paradigms to create an all-encompassing evolution of both your telephone and your concept of communication. It’s a set of wings for your voice communications.

EvolvE is a computerized solution built around an solid open core PBX software solution. EvolvE can best be appreciated when regarded as what it is: a fully-fledged drop-in feature-for-feature equivalent to any classical PBX, but with the almost infinite added flexibility and extensibility of a system based on a UNIX-like operating system .

A standard PBX is expected to provide extensive voice mail capabilities a computer is expected to manage e -mail facilities;

EvolvE merges traditionally disparate media and provides secured IVR text-to-speech access to e -mail over regular telephone lines.

The digital/analog transparency goes deeper; VoIP connectivity is bridged to regular analog telephone communication.

The Technology

The highly advantageous marriage of high grade PBX functionality with the extreme flexibility of a computing core generates voice management and accounting capabilities of a degree which conventional PBX systems cannot offer by the very nature of their unicultural pedigree.

EvolvE provides a complete range of reporting tools, but it also comes with two other unique support systems: a team of business systems professionals to translate your requirements into tools, and a custom report generation facility. There porting capability is built on one of the most robust and scalable database servers in the world; the flexibility is with out bounds. The design is natively modular; scalability is guaranteed to outpace the growth of your environment. EvolvE treats small offices and small countries equally.

Handheld phones with WiFi support flawlessly integrate with EvolvE

Standards compliance and design transparency are key features built into EvolvE. The eleven dominant PBX architectures are supported natively; EvolvE is a friendly complement to existing deployed technologies. The digital core does not speak most of the dialects of enterprise telecommunication – it speaks all of them.

EvolvE’s relentless and over whelming technical superiority is complemented by a very real and tangible reduction in total cost of communications and telephony services. The modular architecture frees up the cost structure from the traditional fixed per-seat investment requirements; what this means is that the only aspect of EvolvE which will not scale up wards in proportion to deployment is the cost Furthermore, structural requirements for deployment and expansion are relaxed thanks to the omnilingual nature of the system; EvolvE will run quite happily on most any existing communications infrastructure . It’s for the business which evolves.

EvolvE scales effortlessly and infinitely. An EvolvE server is a study in modularity and component scalability abstraction; the hardware component is scalable as well as the software component. EvolvE is built on top of a network-centric UNIX-compatible core; this provides a peerless degree of flexibility in expansion and PBX propagation through your operating environment.
  • Allows for integration of geographically separate installations.
