The UNDP Libya held an open source awareness building workshop in the last week of November 2005. High level participants from various concerned institutions. Pursuant to the delivery of the presentations, Mr. Puliatti with the assistance of IT Synergy technical personnel brought up a wiki intended to serve as a base of operations for the Libyan Chapter [1] of the Arabian Open Source Business Consortium [2].
