The Online Resource Center

For the purposes of maintaining the optimal level of transparency and making our support and services more accessible to the system users, we have established, as mentioned before, an online resource center at www.undpvoip.net which contains the following value-adding components:

  • FAQ section, editable by users.
  • A real-time representation of the health of the network and the nodes as an output of the monitoring system.
  • Informational resources on the system, such as how to make use of it.
  • A wiki, which is an online collaborative technology enabling non-technical users to become content contributors as well as beneficiaries; the purpose of this is to enable this area of the resource center and to empower the VoIP network users.

We feel that the centralization of our interactions around this resource is a positive contribution to the continuing effectiveness of the VoIP system; ultimately, the highest-quality input comes from the users.
