Open Source, Horde framework based solution for management of a micro-finance portfolio taking in account non only the financial flow and management but also the social impact of loans in the community. The implementation of a Loan Tracking System is based on one of its main objectives: “the involvement of Information and communication technologies (ICT) tools to strength social development strategies”, this objective is highly engaged with the internal company mission, giving us the motivation to focus on the improvement of the quality of services provided.
